the " save this article " popup shows up every time I make a new highlight on one article.

It just started happening like this. 

And it has a problem saving highlights.

  We decided to change how the popup works.

  It'll show up whenever you make a new highlight on the web page.

   

  Can you elaborate on the issue of saving highlights in more detail?
