"All Articles" & "My Folder" Showing "1" BUT I have no Articles / Highlights

Hello, I was experiencing this problem on my old account so I deleted it hoping that it wouldn't repeat but it did. My "All Articles" and "My Folder" are both empty but they both show "1."

Can you please tell me if this is an ongoing issue?

  I should add here that it only shows +1 in Chrome and not iOS... iOS shows correct "0"
