Liner -> Evernote (or by itself) works well for TL;DR-ing articles
Perhaps this is obvious, but using Liner in conjunction with Evernote (or even on its own) is a great way to TL;DR online articles. I was looking into some of the TL;DR chrome extensions recently, and realized that Liner already satisfied this (some of the TL;DR extensions have a social, shared summary aspect to them, but usage seems too low, and the internet is far too big to make this useful in any widespread way). I do find that my highlighting habits/focus change slightly whether I'm highlighting normally or for TL;DR purposes (clearly I'm highlighting more when for TL;DR).
