Can't scroll up Safari page with two-finger swipe
I just installed LINER on Safari and found an issue. I'd like to know whether this happens only with my environment.
The machine is MacBook Pro 2016. I open with the following URL with Safari and tried to scroll the page up and down, with two-finger swipe on the touch pad. The page is a user comment page of a Japanese Yahoo news.

What I found is that with LINER enabled I can't scroll the page up/down with swipe. (Actually, I can swipe down, but because the page is on the top at the beginning. I can't swipe down any more.) As for swipe up, the page does not move at all. It seems like swipe up event is not passed to Safari. If I turn off LINER in the Safari Preference, this problem doesn't exist.
LINER 1.0.6, macOS 10.13.4, and Safari 11.1. I confirmed this with all other extensions turned off except LINER.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
We've checked the issue and will fix it ASAP.
But you can still scroll on both sides of the website as the image attached below.
