We recently performed a service maintenance update that resulted in a minor bug affecting a small group of users. This issue is causing login problems for some of our users.

Who was affected?
Those who accessed (getliner.com) during these times on Monday, November 18, 2024.
- 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM (PST)
- 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM (EST)
- 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM (KST)

How can I fix this issue?
We encourage you to perform an “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” in your browser. This process will clear your browser’s cached data and force a fresh reload of the Liner website.

How do I “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”?
Windows Users:
- Open Developer Tools by either:
- Pressing the F12 key, or
- Clicking the three dots icon (â‹®) in the top-right corner of your browser, then navigating to More tools > Developer tools
- Right-click on the browser's Refresh Button
- Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" from the menu that appears
Mac Users:
- Open Developer Tools by either:
- Pressing Command + Option + I, or
- Clicking the three dots icon (â‹®) in the top-right corner of your browser, then going to More tools > Developer tools
- Right-click on the browser's Refresh Button
- Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload" from the menu that appears

Google Chrome
- Open the Chrome App
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Choose "History" and then tap "Clear Browsing Data.”
- Choose Data to Delete: Select the time range and data types (e.g., browsing history, cookies, cached files).

- Open Settings: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Find Safari: Scroll down the list and tap "Safari."
- Clear Browsing Data: Tap "Clear History and Website Data."
- Confirm: In the pop-up, tap "Clear" to finish.

Samsung Internet
- Open Samsung Internet on your device.
- Tap the three-dot More menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "History", then choose "Delete All."
- Tap "Clear Data" to complete the process.

- Open the Edge App
- Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-center or top-right corner.
- Go to "Settings", then select "Privacy and Security."
- Clear Browsing Data: Tap "Clear Browsing Data", choose what to delete (e.g., browsing history, cookies), and confirm your action.

- Open Firefox on your Android device.
- Navigate to the history panel from the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the history panel and tap "Delete History."
