How to Cancel Your Liner Subscription

Credit Card Payment

1. 1. If you subscribed using a credit card, follow these steps on Liner’s website:
   2. Go to https://getliner.com
   3. Click your name on left bottom corner
   4. Select “Settings”
   5. Click “Subscription”
   6. Click “Manage”. This will prompt you to a new page
   7. This page allows you to downgrade your subscription to Free Plan.
   8. Choose your option and click “Downgrade”
   9. You will be prompted with cancellation confirmation and exit survey

For PayPal subscriptions, cancel through the PayPal website:

1. 1. Log in to your PayPal account
   2. Go to “Payments”
   3. Select “Automatic payments”
   4. Find and select Liner
2. Click “Remove PayPal as payment method”

1. Subscription is automatically billed each month or every year at the time of renewal using the payment method of your choice.
2. You may cancel at any time prior to the Subscription renewal date. Even if you cancel your Subscription, the benefits will continue until the expiration date.
3. To avoid additional charges, please stop renewing your Subscription as soon as you decide to cancel your Subscription.
