When is the credit used? ❓

The credit system was created to give users access to more benefits. 

Credit refers to the service-related data accumulated in the system by users through certain actions while using the service.

Your credits will be automatically applied when you subscribe to the annual plan.

If you paid with a card(Stripe),

• Credits earned before the free trial  ➡️ This will be used at the start of your free trial.
• Credits earned during a free trial ➡️ Used to renew at the end of a free trial.  
• Credits earned after a payment is completed ➡️ Used to renew.

If you paid with PayPal,

• Credits earned before the free trial  ➡️ This will be used at the start of your free trial. 
• Credits earned during a free trial ➡️ Utilized for next year's renewal.
• Credits earned after a payment is completed ➡️ Used to renew.

If you pay in the App Store or Play Store,

• credits are not available.

Credits automatically expire in the following cases:

1. Credits expire if the user is inactive for 30 days.
2. Credits expire if not used for 12 months from the date of accumulation.
3. Credits expire if the user changes from a paid subscription plan to a free plan.
4. Credits expire in the event of attempts to make unlawful payments through credits or to disrupt the normal operation of our services.

Credits are non-refundable.
