In this release, we have focused on refining the user interface and adding new feature to make using LINER even more efficient. Let's dive in and explore the exciting changes that await you in this month's update.
What's New?
Open Side Panel Without Summarizing
You no longer have to get a summary of the page every time you want to open the side panel! Just click the LINER icon and start asking questions you want to ask.
Draft Writing Assistant
Save time spent on writing emails and documents. Just give four simple prompts, and LINER will write anything for you! You can find this feature on Gmail and Google Docs.
No More Unintended Pins on YouTube Videos
We've received voices about unintended pinning when clicking on the progress bar of a YouTube video and decided to get rid of it. However, you can still pin on the current timestamp using the button in the play console!
Bug Fixes
LINER Copilot now works on the Arc browser
We spotted an issue where LINER Copilot could not be opened on the Arc browser and resolved it.
Improved comment writing experience on YouTube pins
Thanks to your voices, we were able to fix the issue where the video kept stopping when the space key was pressed while writing a YouTube pin comment.
Did you know?
The LINER Copilot side panel can be opened and closed with a keyboard shortcut. You can set your own by visiting chrome://extensions/shortcuts via the address bar of your browser.
This feature is currently available on Chrome browsers with a version of 116 or higher.
We hope these updates will improve your user experience. Your feedback means the world to us. If you have any questions or ideas, don't hesitate to get in touch.
