You can install the extension program from the store on each site.
Once installed, you can pin it for easy access.

The summary will give you a quick summary of the page you're looking at.
Clicking on the logo will bring up the copilot on the side, where you can research or ask questions.
If you need to look up a word you don't understand or want to do more research, it will help you translate it into your language.
If you don't need it, you can turn it off: exclude it from certain pages, or turn it off completely in the settings page. (link)
